The Golden Hour is my signature 120-minute treatment, bringing together a full hour of lymphatic body massage and a full hour of organic facial care with personalized facial massage. An unhurried experience that gives both your body and your face the attention they deserve.
Your treatment begins with gentle, rhythmic lymphatic body massage, tailored to your comfort and individual needs. This first hour offers time to settle, breathe, and unwind, with thoughtful attention to areas of puffiness and tension.
Care continues beyond the face alone. Your neck, shoulders, and the way you habitually hold your body are considered throughout the session. Where appropriate, focused massage around these areas complements the facial work and helps create a more comfortable, relaxed experience.
Your facial combines Eminence Organic Skin Care with cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a customized masque, serums, and finishing products selected for your skin. Nourishing skincare is woven together with hands-on massage, allowing time for both your skin and facial muscles.
Facial work may include sculpting massage, gentle lymphatic techniques, and targeted buccal—intraoral—massage according to your needs and comfort. Attention extends to the jaw, neck, shoulders, décolleté, and scalp, with Celluma LED light therapy completing your care.
Each session is personalized to how you feel that day. The intention is a feeling of ease throughout the body, softer facial tension, and skin that looks nourished, rested, and refreshed. Results vary, and changes may develop gradually over a series of visits.

Before we begin, we will discuss your goals for both body and face, any sensitivities, and the areas you would like me to focus on. Pressure and techniques are adjusted throughout your visit, and you may decline any part of the treatment.
For bodywork, undress only to your comfort level. Areas not being treated remain appropriately draped.
